1. Service Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel a service request before service partner dispatch.
  • Once the service partner is assigned or reaches the location, cancellation charges may apply.

2. Refund Policy

  • Service charges paid for completed repair services are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds may be considered only if the service could not be completed due to technical reasons from our side.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

3. Spare Parts & Materials

  • Charges for spare parts or materials used during repair are non-refundable once installed.
  • Damaged parts caused by misuse or physical damage are not covered under refund or warranty.

4. Rescheduling

Customers can request rescheduling of appointments based on service availability.
